Amid the metro station Garibaldi and Mairie de Saint-Ouen, M. and Mrs Balot welcome you in their guest room in the Villa de l'Industrie. The room, with warm colours, leads to a calm and light courtyard and a small garden filled with fruits and vegetables. A ideal change of scene !

Bed & Breakfast et Fleur du Soleil accredited.

Room 1: 2 places bed with a private bathroom (shower and WC). Bar with the possibility of making a warm drink. Breackfast included.
Room 2 : 2 places bed with a bathroom (shower and WC). Breackfest included.
